A stone at the front of the site seemed to have a face carved on the side

This might be of interest to some. These were taken by myself in April this year when a friend came over for Canada and hired a car so we could get around some of the sites on Salisbury plain.

I noticed that a stone at the front of the site seemed to have a face carved on the side. Not seen a photo of this angle before. Just wondering if originally it may have faced outwards and subsequent reconstructions have placed it the wrong way round?
